Terrible product. Arrived broken and unusable Company won’t refund for selling broken rubbish
Bought two. One arrived broken and I can’t replace. So I’ve paid for a piece of rubbish. The other was printed far darker than shown on the preview and is next to useless. And had a screw missing on the end so was faulty. I contacted the company for a refund for the two broken items they sent. Received a rude reply saying I had to lodge a case with evri. Evri didn’t print or package the unusable banners. Do not buy. Absolute scam. Seller is unaware of the law and claims it is the couriers responsibility if the goods arrive broken or unusable. Seller seems unaware of the law regarding returns for faulty goods. I will be reporting to the ombudsman. Suggest other sellers do likewise if the goods are faulty.There are plenty of other banner sellers on Amazon. Use them instead! You might pay a bit more but it’s better than paying for trash.

I bought this banner the quality is excellent, the file i sent was not the best they ensured and improved the quality of the file. Realy fast turn around, happy with my product great value for money will be definitely be using them for my events in the future.I highly recommend this company!

Good product with excellent service
My original banner arrived damaged, I contacted the seller and the printing of a replacement was organised within an hour. The stand is good quality, easy to pack up and fold away, I would recommend.

The customer service team were thorough in checking what I wanted and they were very fast with any alterations needed.I’m really happy with the quality and the speed, but unfortunately the stand doesn’t stand alone so has to be lent against something
