Lightweight GORE-TEX gaiter designed to fit most boots. Constructed with a GORE-TEX Paclite upper and durable 600 denier polyester for the lower part. There is a replaceable, highly durable 'Polytex' underfoot strap which is adjustable for a close fit. The gaiter is easy to put on with a Velcro seal to prevent water penetration. Stainless steel fittings are used to prevent rusting and a handy reflective tab at the top is included for easy removal and added safety in dark or low light conditions. The elastic adjuster pulled cleanly out from its fixing on one gaiter as it was put on for the first time. As the gaiters were imminently needed I now have one that cannot be made tight at the top of the leg. However, despite this so far they have performed brilliantly keeping out rain and deep mud. So would recommend.
