I wore a pair of these in the corps for 4 years and then construction for 8 years, plus hiking through AZ mountains. Finally wore them down and they split along the seam of the sole. Bought another pair that I plan on using for another 10+ years. Great boot, very rugged, it sucks on how long it takes to get them comfortable and broken in, but worth it.

Just as comfortable and rugged as I remembered. I should have just stayed with them instead of trying a different boot. My last pair lasted me 8 years. These will last just as long as my last pair. That and they can be repaired.
