I have taken this for a few months now to help with situational low mood and anxiety. It took about 2 weeks to start working and I wouldn't call it a cure-all but it is certainly a help and I feel less overwhelmed by circumstances beyond my control and more confident in making decisions. I would also recommend vit B complex which has raised my energy levels

I was reading about this product and I suffer from Fibro Myalgia with ME which causes a lot of nerve pain and fatigue.I have been using this product for a month now and I have just noticed I do not get so tired and my pain level has dropped, I hope it is not due to the hot weather we are having only time will tell.
