Smart looking, compact G4 replacement. Seemed good valueHowever, after 30 or so minutes in the fitting, they were quite hot, which seemed to unseat the electrical contact pins from the bulb whereupon they started dropping one by one onto the floor. Luckily, I was able to remove the pins from the lamp holder without damage to the fitting. Can not recommend them

Used these to replace some 20 year old halogen bulbs in some ‘display’ kitchen cupboards with glass doors. The original bulbs packed up ages ago and I never replaced them. These work great, no flickering in spite of the fact that the transformer is 20 years old. Buy these...no need to keep looking for others!

Try to replace my G4 bulbs with these and on my first light blue the transformer and on my 2nd light latest Flash continuously

These worked for only a short period of time before some of the clusters failed to light or blinked intermittently. In just two months I was replacing all of them, and when I did it was clear they had been overheating. You can see in the photo, on the left is an unused bulb (I didn't need all of the bulbs in the pack) and on the right is a bulb used for a couple of hours each day over two months. It's clearly discoloured and smells of burnt plastic.

I bought these in July and by December about half have either failed completely or gone dim. I think that I am going to have to pay a bit more and get some better ones

These bulbs are not fit for purpose,after fitting one within 5 seconds it was so hot I couldn’t remove it

Bought these as replacements for similar halogen versions.Absolutely awful - shone brightly to begin with but within minutes sections failed on more than 1 bulb.Replaced with others but the same thing happened - never had such poor bulbs and won't be buying these again.

Unfortunately didn't fit my lamp so unable to comment on durability.
