A Smooth and Rich Bourbon
I’ve been a fan of Bulleit Bourbon for years, but the 10 Year Old expression takes things to a whole new level. The extra aging brings out an incredible depth of flavor that makes this bottle stand out from the rest of their range. The aroma is fantastic, with rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak, followed by a subtle hint of spice. On the palate, the flavor is smooth, complex, and well-balanced. I get a nice mix of dried fruits, toffee, and toasted oak, with a slight peppery kick that lingers pleasantly. The finish is long and warming, making each sip incredibly satisfying. This bourbon is incredibly versatile—it’s perfect for sipping neat, but also shines in cocktails like an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. While it’s a bit pricier than the standard Bulleit offerings, the extra aging and refined flavor profile definitely justify the cost.If you’re a fan of full-bodied, well-aged bourbons, Bulleit Bourbon 10 Year Old is a must-try. It’s a perfect balance of smoothness and complexity, and it’s quickly become one of my go-to bottles. Highly recommended!

Bought as a Birthday Present !
Our Son loves this special addition bourbon bought for his birthday! It’s a bit stronger than a Standard Bourbon and is certainly a lot smoother, but still needs the addition of our favourite mixer IMHO.

A great bourbon, but can be a little overpriced
This is a great bourbon, but can be a little overpriced. Since I tend to build my collection these days around this price range I usually have one of these to hand. If I could only have one though, this probably wouldn't be it. You can usually get Maker's Mark 46 a bit cheaper and that is the king of the £30-39 price range. However, you won't be disappointed by this, especially if you like the regular Bulliet.

Taste is really good
Use a shot glass to sip it. And then a good glass which allows the colour to be seen clearly for the second drink. Add a few drops of water. You are going to see that both ways allow it to show that at £33 is a top quality whiskey. The guys who make it have managed to combine the strength of Rye with the smoothness of malted barley, without making it lack the personality of Scottish liquids.

Great intense Bourbon not for the faint of heart
Honestly after trying this stuff I find the regular Bulliet pretty blan now and I like the regular. Are there more complex whiskeys out there? Maybe, but for me this gives me what I want a truely powerful and intense expression of a Bourbon. The ten years gives a much bolder more intense experiance, smoother, the rye and oak comes out very powerfully you get the vanilla sweetness and some fruit notes but it’s really bout the rye and oak with an improved finish. It’s not a light sipper like something like Woodford reserve its bold and intense. Great expression, great Bourbon deffo one of my favs
