Outstanding Home Security Camera – Highly Recommended!
I recently purchased this camera not knowing what I was getting myself into with this company and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. This camera has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Here are the Pros:Incredible 2K Resolution: The picture quality is outstanding. The 2K resolution provides crystal-clear images both day and night, making it easy to see every detail.360° View with PTZ: The pan, tilt, and zoom features are fantastic. I can easily monitor a wide area around my home with the 360° view, ensuring no blind spots.Smart Siren and Spotlights: The built-in smart siren and spotlights add an extra layer of security. The siren is loud enough to deter intruders, and the spotlights provide excellent illumination at night.Color Night Vision: The color night vision is a game-changer. Unlike traditional black-and-white night vision, this camera delivers full-color footage even in low-light conditions.AI Human Detection: The AI human detection feature works flawlessly. It accurately identifies human movement, reducing false alerts from animals or moving branches.2-Way Talk: The 2-way talk feature allows me to communicate with visitors or potential intruders directly through the camera. The audio quality is clear, and the microphone picks up sound well.Solar-Powered: One of the most beneficial thing for me was the solar panel keeps the camera charged throughout the day, ensuring continuous operation without the need for frequent battery changes.Cloud/SD Card Storage: I was able to add a 64MB SD card and I've had it on HD mode doing 16 days of continuous recording. That to me is amazing. Having the option for both cloud and SD card storage is a huge plus. I opted for the SD card and kept the free cloud storage with holds up to 3 days.Cons:None! After two months of continuous use, I have not encountered any issues with this camera. It has performed flawlessly in all weather conditions.Overall, this Solar Security Camera is a top-notch product that delivers on all its promises. It provides peace of mind with its comprehensive features and reliable performance. If you're in the market for a high-quality security camera, look no further. This is a fantastic investment for home security. Highly recommend it!

Totally wireless solar powered
This camera works fantastically and it’s very easy to setup through the app. The ptz function works great I can move the camera around my yard and pool using my phone. The picture quality is great it’s very clear and the colors look great. It has great features like an alarm detects when someone walks by. And with the ability to talk and listen to someone near the camera is really great. The speaker and microphone both sound and look great.I can speak to the people in the pool while I’m inside the house, that’s really great. The solar keeps the battery charged so I never need to worry about it shutting off.. Great camera I highly recommend it..

Efficient and Versatile
I recently invested in the Solar PTZ Camera, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. This device offers a fantastic solution for those seeking reliable surveillance in areas without easy access to power sources. Here's why I'm impressed:First and foremost, the solar aspect is a game-changer. It operates efficiently with just the power of the sun, eliminating the need for cumbersome wiring or frequent battery changes. This makes installation a breeze and ensures uninterrupted operation even in remote locations. The pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) functionality is where this camera truly shines. The ability to remotely adjust the camera's position and zoom in on specific areas provides unparalleled flexibility and control over the surveillance area. Whether monitoring a large outdoor space or focusing on a particular point of interest, this camera delivers clear and detailed footage. Moreover, the camera's build quality is impressive. It's rugged and weatherproof, capable of withstanding the elements without compromising performance. This durability instills confidence that the camera will continue to operate reliably in any conditions. However, there's one aspect that could enhance the user experience even further: compatibility with Blue Iris software. While the accompanying app offers decent functionality, integrating with Blue Iris would have added a layer of convenience and customization options for users who prefer a more robust surveillance management system. In conclusion, the Solar PTZ Camera is a top-notch choice for anyone in need of a dependable surveillance solution. Its solar-powered operation, PTZ capabilities, and durable construction make it a standout product in its category. With the potential addition of Blue Iris compatibility, it could become even more versatile and appealing to a broader range of users.

Good camera for the price.
Once installed and setup, the camera is easy to use. It's smaller and about a quarter of the price than the camera it's replacing from 3 years ago and has most of the features that the more expensive and bigger cameras have, even if those features aren't as robust. It's great as a temporary or starter camera, or a camera for a small space. The PTZ works pretty well with almost no lag between the button press and the camera response on the pc and mobile app. I believe it can have up to16 preset positions on the pc app and five on the mobile app. Although, it seems that the mobile app and pc app don't communicate well with each other. If you have both apps open, you can use the PTZ features on either and both will show the camera moving at the same time. However, if you set the presets on the pc app, they won't show on the mobile app. The mobile app will still show five pre-position squares labeled as "+ pre-positon1", "+ pre-position2", etc., with the "+" meaning add the preset (picture - +pre-positions buttons landscape view, portrait view). If you then set any of the presets on the mobile app, the corresponding preset number on the pc app will be overwritten. If you're going to use the presets AND both apps, I'd suggest using the pc app to set them up. (If you're not going to use both apps, just skip the part about the app you're not going to use.)Start by opening both the mobile and pc apps. On the mobile app, click the PTZ button to bring up the "+ pre-position" squares (picture-ptz buttons portrait view, ptz buttons landscape view). Then, on the pc app, click anywhere in the camera view to bring up the panel (picture-panel1). Use the pan buttons (picture-panel2) to move the camera view to the first desired pre-position. You will see the camera move on both apps. Once in position, click the "Set the current position as the preset" button (picture-panel3) on the panel and then the desired position number. (If you're going to use the mobile app, make sure that the first five pre-positions you set (using the pc app) are the ones that you want to see and be able to switch between while using the mobile app.) Then, on the mobile app, click the corresponding "+ pre-position" square to set it for the mobile app. Go back to the panel on the pc app, use the pan buttons again to move the camera to the NEXT desired position. Again, click the "Set the current..." button on the panel, then the desired position number, and then the corresponding "+ pre-position" square on the mobile app again. Repeat the above steps for the rest of the presets. My overall rating for this camera is more or less based on how it performed in place of the bigger camera it replaced in the first picture. This would probably get five stars across the board if it was used in an ideal scenario, but my scenario for this camera is not ideal. It does NOT work with the Surveillance Station app on my DS920+ (both from Synology). Therefore, I have to use two different apps to view all of our cameras. (Documentation does NOT say it works with Synology either. Synology does work with some generic cameras, though. Just not this one.)A constant power source is needed if you want to take advantage of all of the features freely. Using too many in combination, especially with HD or Super HD, mode will kill the batteries before dawn comes to recharge them.In "Super power saving mode", "the camera can only be awaken up by motions in front of the camera. App cannot wake up the device." The motion detection didn't do well for me using this mode when I switched to it after the battery was low from using too many features at once one night. The camera is up high, two stories, and overlooks the driveway and part of the backyard. I had to walk as close as I could to the camera, keep moving around, and wait for it to detect me and turn back on even though I have the sensitivity on 10 and a wide activity area for the human detection feature. I had to try a few times and for some minutes before the camera finally woke up.When trying to verify email addresses for the push notifications, it says the verification emails were sent, but I did NOT receive an email to either of the addresses I supplied. I did not see them in the inbox or spam/junk folder. However, I did notice today that one of the email addresses had been verified even though I never received the email to open and click verify. With that said, I think it's a good camera and IS worth the price if:you don't have an existing security camera ecosystem that you have to integrate this with.you do have an existing security camera ecosystem that this is compatible with.you are going to use it as a standalone camera in an ideal scenario. The customer service has been good so far and responds in a reasonable time barring the time zone difference.I will revise this review if anything changes.

Crisp clear video and stills, pans up/down/sideways
This is a great camera that was easy to set up using the QR code scan with the app. Using a TF card saves all my videos locally which I prefer, though I do subscribe to the cloud service. I like the ability to keep an eye on my puppies outside. I get alerts so I can see if they're behaving. I much prefer these cameras to the other ones that advertise more. These are much more reliable and have great night vision in color. I've had one of these cameras for a couple of years and wanted one that would rotate so that's why I got a new one. It looks very fancy and official and performs reliably. We have them all over our home, outside and inside. With this one you can pan up and down in sideways, look how clear the stars are! Very useful and simple interface. You can set positions and tap to go to a particular spot.
