It took me a little while to get the hang of using this, but once I learned the trick of bending the top slightly while putting the floss on, it became a breeze! I could never use regular floss properly because it hurt my fingers, but now I can floss anytime I want.I’m completely in love with this product! I didn’t even know something like this existed until I searched for floss on Amazon. I decided to give it a try. I had been using floss picks for a couple of years but felt guilty about how many plastic picks I was tossing each day. My teeth are quite tight, so I prefer floss picks for their ease of use, but regular floss always took me too long, and I didn’t like sticking my fingers in my mouth. Overall, this is a fantastic product, and I floss so much more now. You should definitely get one!

The BETWEETH Floss Holder is comfortable to hold and easy to use. I like its large size, which keeps my fingers away from my mouth. The mechanism for advancing a new section of floss and tightening it is simple and easy to adjust. There’s also a floss cutter on the back of the holder, so be mindful of it to avoid injury.Keeping the holder clean can be a bit challenging. I wipe down the holder and the used floss section before advancing to a new one. Additionally, I noticed that the tail of the floss tends to hang loose, which can cause the floss to come undone over time.

How are you supposed to refill this? Magic? It is so stupid in every single aspect of this product, I can't believe it has so many great reviews. My guess is that people didn't try to refill it. There is absolutely no way. I would rather use my fingers and save my money. Terrible, absolutely terrible.

Can't get the feed to not tangle after a few rotations, making this practically useless. This is a shame because this is a neat concept.

The tension control is a nice touch, too, letting me adjust it to just the right tightness for a comfortable flossing experience. Plus, the preloaded spool means I won’t have to refill it too often, which is a great bonus.However, there is a bit of a learning curve with setting it up. The floss needs to be threaded and adjusted like a mini fishing reel, which can be tricky at first. And each time you use it, you may need to adjust the tension, which can feel a bit tedious. Despite that, the long-term savings on floss and the fact that it's refillable make it worth the effort, especially once you get the hang of it.

Overall, I really like this floss holder by Betweeth. I have tight gaps between my teeth, and as a result, I have to apply significant force to get past those gaps... and as a result, flossing teeth can be quite unpleasant on the fingers! I ordered this item so I would no longer have to wrap floss around my fingers - and so far, it is accomplishing this nicely. There has been a time or two when the floss comes loose, but for the most part, it holds it in place. It is a bit less maneuverable around teeth since the floss can't bend around the nooks and crannies - but for getting large food particles it is working well. Reasonably happy with it.

I've been trying to cut down on using floss picks, but I don't like using string floss. This works as a floss holder and lets me put the string floss into it and use it like a D shaped floss pick. It took me a moment to get the tension right on the floss, but it worked. Good idea.
