Ease of cleaning hearing aid port.
I bought these to help me clean out the hearing port of ear wax. So easy to use and it does a great job. Just insert the stiff lead into the port and pull it through.

Where have these been all my life? I am so happy to have found these. It make cleaning my hearing aid so much easier. Easy to thread and toug enough to withstand some pull and tug as I rub it in and out to get wax off the edges. What a great helper.
