Where was this invention 20 years ago?? I ordered these for my daughter. She says they are a little weird at first, but are comfortable after a few uses and you get used to the silicone. The amount of milk she was wasting before these was incredible. The shells are soft & don't cause irritation to her already sore nipples. What a great product.

The milk catcher/breast shields are amazing!!!! The breast pads were great as long as you hand wash and air dry them. Put them through the wash and dryer and they don’t work quite as well.

Doesn’t obsorbe. When I take off the shell my milk spills off of it and all over me.

You cannot lay down it them. The other pads that come with the silicone savers are very thin and allow leaks to show.

Exactly what I needed. I leak a lot when nursing so I didn't want to waste the milk anymore so there's solve that problem. The pads are thin but do the job!

Pads are super soft, no irritation at all! Shells take a minute to get used to but no more wasting!!

Absorbant and discreet. Would like them better if they were larger.
