I love the cleaning product itself, out of 4 bottles 1 came in cut and spilled into the packaging. There was no cut in the box itself so I believe it arrived to Amazon already cut. Reached out to the company, let's see if and what they respond.

Easy to use and smells great. Actually has a second use also, the tub. This cuts through soap scum way better than the best sprays, even the foaming sprays. If you have a detachable shower head just wet everything with very hot water, use the toilet bowl cleaner and let sit for 10 minutes. Grab a scrub brush and then rinse off all cleaner. You're all set! I did use too much once and the smell was a bit overwhelming. Enjoy!

Outstanding value! One hint: Do not use the toilet being cleaned for 30 minutes or so, which allows the sides to dry and promotes adhesion. Apply liberally, let it it set overnight for best results. (Yes, you still need to scrub it lightly afterward to get a thorough clean).

This toilet bowl cleaner does the job yet does not pose the caustic properties of many off the shelf products. Highly recommended.

I am allergic to almost everything! I have been unable to use almost every chemical out there due to allergies, UNTIL NOW!!! No break outs, NO BReATHING DiFFICULTIES AND THAT SUPER POWERFUL SENSE OF CLEANLINESS POWER IS BACK! My only reasoning for not rating these with 5 is the lack of compatibility to regular products that due the same thing! It’s a rotten deal to be so allergic and pay out the woohoo for everything from meds, foods, cleaning supplies etc…
