Great for my indoor cat to get some fresh air and do a little bird watching on the front deck. Went together without any problems.

So here’s the deal:There are other brands similar to this one, offering the same product for $180-$250 PLUS $45+ in shipping. And the reviews are mixed between decent and awesome.I found this product, on sale, in white (which was preferable in this case, with shipping, and I received it in about 4 days for under $140.Now, another reviewer mentioned if you are handy, it’s worth it as you couldn’t build it from scratch for less money. I couldn’t agree more.The size and orientation is what I needed for my space, and sanity. The white blended into my walls and made it less of any eyesore, and I was able to find a litter box and a cat tree that fit perfectly in here allowing my cat verticals freedom and the ability to look outside while he’s in his kennel.We lifted the roof slightly so it was level both so we could put plants or items on top, and so our cat could sit and rest up high as well.We did have to secure the singular shelf in the middle simply to support the structure. We added two layers of boards under the bottom for support and upgraded the wheels to a harrier system. We also went to Home Depot and purchased two black handles to finish out the design as the included wooden ones didn’t feel… or look…. Finished.Guys, these panels are flimsy! And not square whatsoever. You can assemble it alone, but with much frustration and extra tools and thinking required. You will need extra hands. You will need clean flat surfaces, ideally carpet. You ideally Should use a level. You need one person to hold and brace panels together LEVEL before screwing then together and at each junction IF you want a stable piece.That being said. After securing it to our window frame, this catio has saved my knees and back from crouching into a dog kennel for months on end. It’s customizable, you can have the doors face different direction, you may need to finagle the cat doors a little, you can fit cat trees and hammocks and stairs in here, easily.I’ve even seen people build tunnels out of these that lead outside to another kennel space! Or window bubbles!Point being, you are paying for parts and basic instructions. It’s whitewashed wood. If you don’t expect much more, and you need to save the extra $100, this is a great buy!

I really needed this product for a couple of kittens that I'm fostering. Upon arrival I unpacked the box and checked that all the pieces were there and they were. However, most of them weren't labeled at all, One had what looked like multiple number stamps making an impossible to read, and a couple of them had the same number stamp (for example I had two pieces stamped#3). This was very frustrating for assembly having to guess if I had the right piece. I finally used the QR code on the installation instructions only to be taken to a 'video not available' page. I was not able to find an instructional video. After several hours trying to put this thing together I've given up for the day. I

This catio was very easy to assemble. Not only that, but it also looks nice. I expect it will last a long time after using it for a couple of weeks. Not only do I like it, but my cat loves it!!!

Overall, the catio is amazing. Pretty, sturdy, and cats love it. HOWEVER, there were TONS of missing screws and such. I’m super lucky that my husband is handy and had materials to supplement what was missing.Buyer beware.

Very flimsy. Got to contain rescue cats but I do not trust it's stability to use it. Unfortunately it's built so I don't think I can return it.
