Great patches, 4.5 stars
I've never used single-use eye patches before, so I was excited to try these patches due to their clean ingredients.PROS - Refreshingly cool -- They are stored in the fridge so they are nice and cold when I apply them to my puffy eyes in the morning. - Handy tweezers -- The tweezers are necessary to pluck each patch out of the watery goo they are stored in. There is a convenient place on the underside of the lid to keep the tweezers when not in use. - Seriously hydrating -- The patches are nearly indistinguishable from the watery goo they are stored in (an awesome visual), which is a major plus for me: it shows they are going to really moisturize my skin. - Can be used on other parts of the face -- There is a graphic on the box that shows the other places on the face you can put the patches. I may start using these on my laugh lines as well. - Easy to use -- The instructions are simple and the patches are so saturated with product that it is easy to slide them into position if you accidentally misplace them. - No waste. When these said they were biodegradable, I thought it was one of those green-washing claims where something is technically biodegradable but only under certain conditions and after several years. Nope -- you just put these in a bowl of hot water when you're done, wait a few minutes, and it's dissolved enough for you to wash down the sink! Very cool. - I have sensitive skin and I did not experience a skin reaction after using these patches.CONS - They slowly slide out of position. This is a side effect of them being so saturated with that hydrating gel. - A bit of the gel drips from the patch. I would much rather have these overly saturated patches instead of patches that aren't saturated enough, but having to wipe away drips is a minor inconvenience. - The tab to open the jar ripped off before it made any progress with opening the seal. Thankfully, it was easy to poke through the foil with my finger. I'm glad their seal was able to prevent any leakage before the product got to me, though. - The product information can be a bit hard to read -- I don't know whose idea it was to put light-colored font on a light-colored background.Overall, I give it 4.5 stars due to the minor sliding and slight dripping. This was a great introduction to this brand for me and I am excited to try other products in their skincare line.

Slippery
At first, I didn't know if I was doing anything right with this product. The seal is different looking and I was unsure if I should peel just a section off or the whole thing? The lid screws on and also flips up so it makes it look like there should be some thing more than taking off the whole seal. But that is what I did and it seems to work just fine. You open up the container and it looks like a container of goo! But inside this container are all the eyepatches swimming around in the gel. You need to pull one out with the tweezers and then try to get it under your eye in a way that would cover what you want. They are very slippery and tend to slide everywhere. And even after you get them on they tend to slide down your face. I think with a bit of practice it will become second nature, but be prepared for a short learning curve. I also think if you put them on and lay down it would probably work better so that gravity is not working to pull them down. After you leave them on your face, they easily come off and you can either discard them or dissolve them in water. The product leaves a nice feel to your skin and seems to hydrate it quite well.

Cooling; A lot of product; A little tricky
I haven’t ever used a product like this for my under eyes and this one was pretty interesting. I like the packaging. It’s simple and a calming color. The product came with a seal. I also like that the packaging also gave examples of other places you can use these patches. It has a flip top with little tongs attached that you use to fish out the little eye patches. And when I say fish it out I mean it. There is a large amount of gel that the patches sit in and the gel patches are quite thin so you have to be careful not to accidentally pull out two stuck together. It said you could keep them in your fridge so that’s what I did. The gel patches were very cooling and felt really nice. I feel like they did help with puffiness and I liked the feeling. They did slide down my face a little as well because they’re so saturated and wet even with me trying to drain the product as I took the patches out.

Keep it covered
The C.S.M CSM Hydrogel Eye Patches are pretty cool. Cool to the touch, cool on your face, and cool the way they soften you skin and minimize wrinkles around your eyes. They come neatly packaged in a pink jar with a flip up lid. Or, if you prefer, you can unscrew it. Inside the flip up lid are the tweezers you use to find an eye patch. The eye patches are swimming in a sea of wet stuff that I won't pretend to know of what it is made. Applying them to the eye, narrow end towards the nose, wide end towards the crow's feet.No detailed instructions, but essentially just leave them on for 15-20 minutes. Longer, if you want, but after you take them off, massage in the remaining moisture on your face and you're good to go. Don't forget to replace the tweezers in the lid for the next time you need them. Store in a cool place. The manufacturer suggests your refrigerator. Made in Korea, the skin care capital of the world. Well, I don't know if Korea is the skin care capital, but a lot of good skin care products are made there, so I thought I'd throw that in. Good product.

SOOTHING
These are so nice in the AM on tired eyes. I have a small beauty fridge in my room, and I keep them in there, although they are pretty cool out of the package. The added coolness makes these nice though. They do seem to reduce puffiness, not sure about dark circles or fine lines - those are almost impossible to really budge. They help me wake up too. They are a little tough to get out - they aren't packaged in pairs, and tend to stick together. They come with tiny tongs, but I found them not helpful. Very moisturizing too - important because I live in a dry climate.
