While these taste good, it's hard to tell if they're affecting my lungs in any way. There certainly hasn't been any noticeable change. I've had better luck with the inhaled mullein. With that, I definitely feel it working within minutes. I'd skip these unless you know for certain that edible mullein works for you.

Good value for the money. Really effective at helping the lungs and respitory system for those of us who smoke. Taste is great. Gummies are a bit chewy, but I'm not complaining. Real easy to take and I like having these gummies in my daily routine of supplements. It's always good to have a mullein supplement on board if you're a smoker. You really can't go wrong with these gummies. Would recommend to others forsure.
