Update (20/07/17): The supplier sent me a different model for free to make up for the two faulty ones. I actually think this one has better features and it works which is a bonus! The supplier is very attentative and polite so if you have any problems, let them know and they'll sort you out. Overall, the tracker is very nice! I actually got a Fitbit instead in the end because I needed something urgently but this is great for my mother. I will give four stars for the attentative of the supplier and how nice the new tracker is.Old review: Received one for my birthday, wouldn't turn on or charge so arranged a refund and ordered another figuring I am just unlucky. Exact same thing on the second one. So I can't tell you what it's like. I can't afford to order another now until I get refunds on these. So a week after my birthday, I still don't have a working fitness tracker. Very disappointing and frankly upsetting, so I'm giving up on this brand.

After using this fitness tracker for two weeks I have no problems. It is easy to use and comfortable to wear. It tracks steps and syncs to my Galaxy S4. The app is user friendly and shows sleep, activity and heart rate. It doesn't seem to be supported by My Fitness Pal which is a shame as I use that app as well. The watch itself is great, I'd give it 5 stars if it was compatable with my other apps. I would recommend this.

This is a great fitness tracker so comfortable to wear and it gives a lot of info. But the app that you have to use absolutely drains your battery. Even when you disable the app it still runs in the background. For this reason I have switched of the app and won't be using my fitness tracker again well unless the national grid can follow me where ever I go. I wouldn't buy this tracker for that reason but as soon as the app is sorted I will give it another go.

This is not the item in the picture and description. I have ordered 2 of those, and received 2 the same, but very different from the picture and description, items. This is very basic. Doesn't tell you weather for start, or doesn't have different sport options. Just step counter, calories burnt, timer, messages from phone. Dial is not very visible in the sunlight either. It is very dark.

I love this watch. It is perfect for my needs. Monitors my heart rate continuously, daily steps, sleep pattern and training workouts. I can even set a sedentary alert! There are many functions, some I have yet to explore. It is very comfortable to wear, in fact I don't even know I have it on. It stores your data for 5 days. The battery generally lasts 5 days and only takes about half an hour to charge. For the price it is excellent.

I am very pleased with my AsiaLONG, especially at it's reasonable price, and very reassured that I have had someone to turn at LongDirect with initial problems.I had very prompt and helpful advice and pictures.The only difficulty is that it only supports sleep monitor from 23:00 to 8:00.So, no good if you are on a night shift and sleep during the day.I will just have to make an estimate of sleep prior to 23:00.

Reviews on Amazon were good but I could only get the app in Chinese. Seller tried to help but there was a major language barrier that wasn't overcome. Discovered when I looked at reviews of the app on my i pad that many people had the same problem. Had to return.

I have purchased lower priced fitness bands before and found them to have poor performance but this device is different: easy to set up with iOS app and readily does everything it claims to do. I am very pleased with the purchase
