The 100 Best Swimming Pools Hardcover – June 16, 2012

I wanted a book that showed all types of swimming pools. large, small, crazy locations, pool styles. This book is OK. But the pools included in the book are a little monotonous. There are many pictures of rectangular backyard pools surround by grass and then hedges, all seemingly from the northeast US. I wanted a book with more diversity of interesting pool styles and locations. And that book was one I ordered from Amazon "Pools" by Kelly Klein. This is a big heavy coffee table style book, but inside there are a wide variety of pools from around the world. Hotel pools, private pools, indoor pools, extreme pools. rooftop pools, crazy-designed pools. So if you are interested in a wide variety of pools to gaze at in wonder and wishful thinking, Klein's "Pools" (available on Amazon!) is the better choice.
