This wax worked terrific on my refinished butcher block countertops. It's not thick and it seeps right into the wood.. I have applied 3 coats of mineral oil and 3 coats of this wax to saturate the wood to keep fluids from penetrating and damaging the wood.. goes on easy and the smell is kind of lemony.. great stuff.

Works amazingly well on all of my wooden cutting boards, bowls, knife handles, etc. Smells great, is totally food safe, and will DEFINITELY prolong the life of everything I have used it in. Will absolutely buy more once this jar is used up, and it goes so far with so little that it might be a little while before needing a refill!

After needing beeswax a time or two, and not having any, when I saw this offering, I decided to order it.The package arrived in 3 days which matched the delivery estimate. The container and its contents were in good condition.The scent reminds me of some carnauba wax I had way back when. The texture and consistency seems to be just right.

I used it on some cutting boards and it’sa quality non greasy coating

This wax had a light, citrusy scent that was pleasant. The wax was easy to use and apply to the cutting board. After applying 4 layers of wax, I let the cutting board sit for 30 minutes. The wax had mostly soaked into the bamboo wood. I used it on a very dry cutting board that was washed in the dishwasher (and is no longer used for food). Half of the board was oiled from some cutting board oil, so I waxed over the "raw" wood and the oiled wood. See my photo for the results. The upper left quadrant has no oil and no wax. The top right is oil only. The bottom left is this wax only. The bottom right is oil and wax. It clearly did the best job over the top of a good cutting board oil, but just the wax alone worked extremely well rehydrating the board. The board is so reconditioned, it is almost like new. I am very impressed with this wax and would buy it again. However, I'm not sure I'll need to as the tin holds a lot of wax. The screw top lid will help keep the wax fresh and sealed up. Great product that I can't wait to use on my other wooden kitchen utensils!
