Cheese and Dairy (Made at Home)

This book has fantastic background and foundational information on cheesemaking, but doesn't even touch "natural" cheesemaking and basically disregards raw milk cheese production, which is my main interest. That said, it's a good foundational resource.

Lovely Book. Was a gift for my parents - contains so much more information than we thought it possibly good. Very very pleased. We have several others in the series and this one is just as good as the rest. Great information, easy to read text and clear photos. Brilliant!

So simple to follow the recipes and for bringing processes down to kitchen level. Cheesemaking is normally done on a large scale and difficult to reproduce small scale.

This book was suggested to us on a recent cheese making course. It has great pictures and instructions.

Very pleased with this have the other books in the set as well.
