Overweight, large aging athlete here; too many years of using my 300 lbs while dunking, spiking, dragging double-black diamonds, and running disc golf courses have left my knees, ankles, and lower back torched. I use this both for myself and my dog, who has hip dysplasia. I am on so many supplements I take it more for prevention purposes. With my dog, I do think it helps her mobility.

I wish this would have helped but just didn’t do a thing.Love this company and their other products which I will never be without!

My Joints have improved since taking this product. Not 100 percent but maybe 40 percent.
