Angle grinder disk and chain.
This product works very well and provides a capability I haven't had before. I like mine a lot, however I would not recommend this tool for someone who is not very experienced with power tools. If mishandled this tool could be very dangerous. I suppose you could say that about any tool, but this tool is very sharp and spinning fast.

it works great. A must for anybody who does chain saw ...
Far easier to use that it would appear. At first, I suspected a loser - from China and already a little rusty. The chain can spin on the frame, but doesn't unless you bite too hard. BEWARE: anything in it's path will be consumed, FAST. I'm using mine to trim the uneven ends of the logs on my log home. You won't get a planer smooth surface, but if all you need to do is hog off a lot of wood, it works great. A must for anybody who does chain saw art!BTW, looks like you could sharpen this with a chain saw file and keep it going for a long time. I'll be buying another when (if) this one wears out.

Excellent piece of hardware but extremely dangerous
Excellent piece of hardware but extremely dangerous. Does what its mean to, removes a ton of material quickly. Unfortuantly with great power comes great responsiblitity, this thing nearly cut my fingers off being thrown out of my hands. The teeth are large compared to other blades giving it the ability to grab the wood and get stuck mid rotation of blade. Its still amazing and using it is the most fun ive had in my adult life, just be careful!

Excellent woodcarving tool, but Quite Dangerous.
This tool really carves wood fast. However, it is dangerous. Quite. The slightest touch will cause major injury. I'm a retired machinist, accustomed to using potentially dangerous tools, and I'm intimidated by it. My 4-1/2" hand grinder will need some mods done to the guard before I'm comfortable using this tool. NEVER use this tool one-handed. There is a steep learning curve. Take it easy, wear protective gear, and go slow.

not worth the trouble or cost
The two halve are hot clued together and came apart after first use. Yes, they stay together as a unit while on the side grinder, but as soon as I removed the disc, it all fell apart.

THIS IS NO JOKE! HARD-CORE, SHOW IT SOME RESPECT, WORKS AMAZING!! ANGLE GRINDER CHAINSAW CUTTING WHEEL
Totally bad**s cutting wheel for an angle grinder. Show it some respect and where protective gear like safety glasses, tough work gloves, boots, coveralls, and even a mask of some type that you can breath through. I also like to wear a wet shemagh over my hair and ears to keep all the debris from getting in my hair and ears and to cool me off. This thing flings out major chunks and especially if you remove the angle grinder guard like I did to work on a wooden sculpture project I'm still working on. It puts your digits dangerously close to potential accidental loss so again, BE CAREFUL AND SHOW THIS THING SOME RESPECT!!!

Poor construction
Product worked great until it fell a whole 3 feet to the floor off a table in my shop...then it completly broke into 3 pieces! Very poorly constucted....

Amazing
I'd like to start off by saying this thing is amazing and don't be fooled by the price. If you plan on doing any kind of carving I would absolutely recommend this. It will save you so much time and you'll find other things that you probably want to attack. I looked at a couple different ones but there's nothing super complicated about it so why pay more. So, I got this to carve some legs for a table on building and after I got done doing the rough work with this tool I ended up carving on some wood slices I had made earlier this year. I started to dig into it to make a bowl with no real experience doing such a thing this tool or this attachment if you will, made light work of scooping away the wood.WARNING.... just like many of the other reviews keep both hands on the grinder when using this. If it kicks back or you lose control trying to hold with one hand it won't end well. Like I said, it scoops away wood... Just imagine what it would do to you.
