These did the trick for toddlers to decorate themselves but be prepared to throw some away or be mending with tape..

These are awkward to assemble and the strings aren’t long enough.

These are good quality cones and string. Fiddly to assemble which was expected. Unfortunately, I received 30 cones but only 28 strings. Luckily I won’t need 30 hats for the party, but keep that in mind when purchasing these and if you need exactly the amount of hats you ordered.

They tore and wouldn’t fold correctly. Huge waste of money

The cardboard seems good quality but I found fairly impossible to 'hook' in to place without creasing cone shape or splitting the card. Was intended for children to construct own hats, unsuccessful. Disappointed.

It’s far to fiddly and you don’t get a neat finish . I am also getting frustrated while making them , a stressful experiences which you need to make 25 !

I bought these for kids at a special school to make hats for Christmas.They are not able to cut them out for themselves so these premade hats worked well for them.They are a good size and thickness and come with plenty of elastic. They can be painted, drawn and stuck on.Worked so well.
