This is great, the price is great. I am more excited than my dog, but it seems like it will last a long time!

I had a little trouble setting up. After I figured out I hadn’t put together to lock down the water bottle it worked beautifully. My cats use and it lasts over a week

Update: After posting my review, the seller reached out to me to offer a refund or an upgraded model at no cost that fixes the issue I had. I accepted the latter, and it's been working great. Thank you!I was looking for a stainless steel waterer for my cats. It does the job, but after cleaning the bowl and doing my first refill learned that the water will continue to run under the bowl. I tried to stop it from doing this for over 15 minutes to no avail. I eventually had to physically hold the bowl down until enough water flowed into it. Like I said, it will do the job but I'll probably look for a different one

Water tends to pool under the removable stainless steel bowl leaving it empty. There needs to be a seal otherwise the stainless steel bowl is completely useless
