Milk in a stick - perfect for camping etc.
First things first: I bought this product, this is not a 'honest review' type review.Ok, I admit these are new to me. I enjoy camping and if doing so with friends and with cars nearby I take real milk in the cool bag or a flask. I'm getting more into solo lightweight camping now or even just going for a walk in the country taking a small 'brew kit' in order to make a hot cuppa. I came looking for the little plastic tubs of 'fake milk' and found these UHT DairyStix instead which look perfect for the job. To be honest 120 is far too many for me but they are great value and they have 6 months shelf life. Actually I suspect they will be ok for a while after that if kept in a cool dark place (however this is UHT remember so no need to keep in the fridge.)I've tried them in both tea and coffee. I used 4 'stix' per large-ish mug to make the colour look like it normally does but I do like a good drop of milk. You could use less of course. The taste in both is fine and to me they just add a tiny bit of sweetness. I don't take sugar but if you do I guess you may not even notice a difference to using normal sem-skimmed. Your drink is hotter of course without cold milk in it so don't burn your tongue ;)No problem opening a stick - they tears easil along the dotted line but the size hole that leaves for the milk to come out is variable in size so you might need to give the stick a little squeeze but really it's no hardship at all.The 120 sticks come in a large cardboard box with pop-out section for easy vending, I guess designed to sit on the counter in a cafe. It's a good strong sturdy box. No leaking or split sticks so I'm pleased as punch.

Decent coffee whitener when you have no fridge
If you need milk for drinks and haven't got a fridge (just like our office) then these are a great alternative. They stay fresh for months and make a reasonable cuppa. We prefer them to the little pots because you can stick a handfull in a glass by the kettle or coffee machine and they don't take up a load of space and there is far less waste packaging.

Not same brand as advertised.
I ordered Dairystix milk as I knew that with my not optimum finger function I would be able to open them. Instead another brand arrived. That do contain the milk as advertised but I need to use scissors to get into them as I cannot open them by just tearing across the top. Bit of a nuisance. Would have been helpful to have been contacted by seller to let me know prior to dispatch so that I could have cancelled the order and found dairystix elsewhere.

Great taste. Great product.
Took these on holiday with us, along with out usual teabags, as we were told the hotels didn't provide tea and coffee making facilities. They tasted great in our tea. No UHT taste to them at all. Just like a cup of tea made at home. And just as a bonus they are made in UK using Devon milk.

Would be lost without them
These are fantastic for work. We have to take our own milk for coffee and tea, as there is not a fridge big enough for all of us. These take up very little room in my bag, last for ages and taste fine in my coffee.

Love these, have used the single portion cartons until ...
Love these , have used the single portion cartons until now - we are disabled and these are so easy to keep at the side of the kettle, no worry about running out of milk either - these are a big improvement, easier to store and use . Will buy these from now on

DairyStix - generally good value
In general, the Dairystix are great for the office and the expiry date is much later this year, which is good. This time the package arrived damaged leaking milk, but the seller did sort out the matter in a timely, professional manner and to my satisfaction. The product itself is decent quality and I have not normally had any issues with packaging or leaking so I am sure this was just a blip.
