This is a good design, but someone didn’t thread one of the clasps that secure the back around the chair properly. This significantly reduced the safety of the item as it wouldn’t stay in place once adjusted. My granddaughter arrives tomorrow so I had no choice but to cut the sewn end and thread it properly. (I spent more than an hour trying to take it out and re-thread, and my husband tried as well but the end is folded over and sewn so it wasn’t budging.) I will have to sew it to prevent fraying. The rest of the clasps are threaded and sewn properly. I would recommend quality control be sure to double check for this possible headache.Edited to add: seller contacted and sent discount code to order new product. I appreciate the customer service and look forward to receiving the replacement. We used the first one I 'fixed' over the weekend and it worked well for feeding my 7-month old granddaughter.Edited again on Sept 4th to lower rating: I got replacement in...same problem!! Never mind. I’ll fix this one too and put your company on the ‘don’t buy products from’ list. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Love this product! Bought for the long weekend as we were going to be staying at my sisters out of town and needed something that was light and easy to travel with. My little one loved eating at the table like a “big” kid and it was easy to get him in and out if. Also quite easy to clean which is important for us, as he’s a REAL messy eater! Arrived on time, was packaged well and was easy to use. No complaints about this product! For the price I’d say it’s a must for parents of young ones, those high chairs in restaurants etc are so terrible this just makes it so much easier.

This was a really great product! This portable high chair is really helpful! I bought this for my aunt with a 5 month old son and she insisted I left a review for this product! It was great for holding her baby up while she fed him and she said she was easily able to carry him around in it! She said her baby seemed to be comfortable inside and that it was probably more safe than a typical high chair. The product is made out of great material and is very durable. Overall this product is great!

A previous reviewer pointed out that the black strap used to secure this to the chair was defective - she was right! However, if you have a few minutes, you can correct this manufacturer error.Pay attention that how you unfold this thing when you get it if you want to put it back in it's storage pouch neatly folded - otherwise you'll just have to stuff it in.To fix the strap, I suggest putting the item on a chair, like you were about to use it with your kid. You'll need a chair, scissors and matches/lighter (optional).To fix the black strap: connect the buckle. Cut the bulky end off the strap. Remove strap from buckle. Then rethread the strap from the backside of the buckle through the first slot (closest to the buckle). Then thread this tail through the 2nd slot. Carefully burn the cut edge of the strap with a match, lighter or on your stove (the strap will catch fire if you get it too close, so be careful!). You pull this tail end of the strap to tighten and secure the item to the chair. Good to go! Hope that helps. Also hoping the manufacturer fixes this issue for future customers - it's not safe to use as is!

Just got this for my Granddaughter who wants to be a big girl and sit in a chair at the table when we play games or just visiting. This restrains her pretty well without her feeling like she is being restrained. Pretty neat how it can be folded up so small. I think we will get good use of this item. Oh yeah she actually likes it unlike her high chair.

It works perfectly well IF it fits on a chair... The reviews / marketing claimed that it fits on most chairs... It will fit narrow chairbacks ONLY. I bought this as a "hopefully it'll fit" since I didn't know what chairs would be when we traveled... It was well below a 50% hit rate. That said, it's a better solution for the travel than some heavier/more expensive alternatives. I found it fairly easy to use, but I imagine for some, it may be less intuitive.

I love this product. It's perfect for going over to relatives and friends houses where they may not have a high chair. It allows you to sit and enjoy a meal while your baby sits next to you. No need to hold them. Perfect for feedings too.

It is really good bought it for grandson it doesn’t come with instructions but figured it out u can leave it on chair did not know that the slits on top were for also not rounded chairs it pulls down a little with weight but still works real good my grandson is only 6 months old does not sit by himself yet. I love it & I don’t need to get a high chair for him he enjoys it because he can sit &eat
