You get what you paid for!
It’s pricey but well worth the value. I’ve used many wired and wireless probes, and these are the best so far, and the most accurate.Their app is fantastic, though there is a slight delay in recalculating cooking time if the probe is removed and repositioned during cooking; but it’s not a big deal. The cloud system is excellent, allowing easy monitoring even when outside the house.A minor downside is that the monitor and main transmitter must stay plugged in at all times, with no option to use Eneloop batteries, or any other battery to keep it running and close to the probes; however, this can be managed with a power bank. On the other hand, I like the feature where each probe can be set individually. While advertised to last around 18 hours, the probes actually worked for over 50 hours before needing a recharge.Cleaning is simple and hassle-free. Even with greasy, sticky food, a little dish soap does the job effortlessly.
