Very big pills, can be difficult to take.

I've been using this Niotin hair supplement for about two weeks and though it normally takes a hair growth supplement two to three months to show any effects, my hair has more body to it than it did before I began using it. I suppose that with a good formula, the effects could show up quickly at the roots and and the 1/2" or so of hair closest to the scalp. If those hairs are healthier I can see it causing your hair to look fuller all over. This supplement has the highest dosage of vitamin A I've seen in any supplement, usually the high dosage is in the form of beta carotene. Maybe that's what makes this formula more effective in a shorter amount of time. I would definitely recommend this.

Works well and the pills aren’t large / hard to swallow. My roots grew out noticeably faster.
