Original Review - I used to use the Natures Aid DHA drops for my son with ADHD and you could see a marked improvement in him on those. I bought these as I was giving him 6 drops a day and going through bottles too quickly. I give him the equivalent dose of DHA with these tablets and he may as well not be taking them, because his ability to pay attention and concentrate has gone back to how it is off of the DHA. Probably good as fish oil, but not for DHA for the purpose of ADHD symptoms. Originally gave 1 Star.Revised Review - After giving these tablets a second chance, I would have to change my original opinion. I tried all the different High-DHA tablets on Amazon. When comparing the tablets separately from the previously mentioned drops, these are the best. I would advise building these up gradually if using to help ADHD symptoms and at the point they start causing unfortunate side effects (oily stool) go back down a tablet. My son takes 6 tablets a day and there is a noticeable difference in his behaviour when he is on them. The only reason that I have given these a 4 star is that the oil inside the tablets has a dye that cannot be removed from clothing after passing through your body. (Unfortunately, you'll know what I mean once it happens)

I started to take these on Saturday and by Tuesday I noticed marked improvements of the symptoms of my ADHD. Better concentration and attention plus working memory. So much so that I’ve come back to order another bottle just in case it’s not available when I need them again. First time fish oil has worked for me.Just to add I do have diagnosed ADHD, not self diagnosed.Edit: Jan 2023 - Check out Hubermanlab podcast on ADHD, no wonder these work it has the right amount of DHA that's been used in clinical trials.

I use the product for omega 3 and high DHA and high EPA.NOW is a Reliable USA brand.I have started using it for the first time.It is a bit early to comment on the product.I expect it to be better than other fish oil brands

Super high quality formulation, you won’t find this strength of Dha anywhere else. You can really feel the positive benefits.Expensive you say? At £27 for 180 capsules, that’s only 0.15p each. Your health is definitely worth that!

I don't get any fishy after taste and they are good value for the amount of DHA in them.

Great product, I give it to my teenage son, it seems to improve his attention at school. His grades have improved since he’s been on it, and it’s the only change I’ve made to his diet.
