I've only had to use this once, and that was actually not it's intended purpose. My son strained his ankle playing basketball and we quickly needed to strap it up. The only thing we had on-hand was this tape and it did the job really well. Instant adhesion and provided excellent support while remaining flexible. He managed to play and didn't notice he was wearing it.The only observation is the adhesion. It's actually quite strong, so could be a little uncomfortable to remove if using on more sensitive areas.However, it will do the job of holding things in place for a decent amount of time.

This is amazing! A little goes a long way, making it such good value. It is comfortable and doesn't feel sticky and sweaty to wear. I'd definitely recommend!
