Q: Is this unlimited hot water?

Hi, his bidet does not provide uninterrupted warm water - it provides hot water via a small tank, so once it's depleted, it will need to warm up again for a few minutes.

Q: Installed why does it not work only thing that works is the toilet light?

It sounds like the remote control hasn't been paired properly before usage. Please pair the remote control within 1 minute of plugging in the unit in order for all functions to work properly. The pairing instructions can be found in the installation manual inside the box.

Hi, This particular model is elongated, which is also "oval".

Q: How do you adjust the wand

The wand is adjustable with the FRONT and REAR buttons. If you refer to the User Manual on Page 10, it will tell you how many times to press the button for a specific action. This is where you can adjust the position, oscillation, and massaging functions.
