Right off the bat I should have returned it. It took me 4 days to get it to hook up to my Wifi despite all my efforts then “magically” on day 4 it decided to work. It didn’t hook up like the oh ampler said and every instructional video I found, which was difficult in its self, showed a process much different than my own. When I finally got it hooked up it took another 2 days for the talk feature to decide it wanted to work despite my multiple attempts with various methods. Ok I figured I’ve got this now then bam batteries, of good cold weather rating, only lasted 2days!! So I buy new batteries and a memory card so I should be set now. 5 days in and it’s suddenly stopped recording anything even after formatting and reformatting the card and guess what my return window has passed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one I f not for the simple fact that finding any help in the form of customer service is impossible.

Definitely buy a micro sd card when you purchase this. I have the app set up on my phone. I have the door bell on the interior of the door frame so it doesn’t pick up everything (as it is sensitive). Collects video. You can speak from across the country/or another continent to guests that show up to your door. Only negative is that the camera is fixed, so position and check the feed before screwing in to make sure you are seeing everything that you want.

Very, very poor instructions on how to set up this Vodool Video Doorbell. The Gosbell app from Google play does not give much more help. Took forever to setup an account with the app and now the app fails to connect the Doorbell and Doorbell wifi extender to my network using the 2.4G Wi-Fi Connection. Tried going step by listed in the poorly written guide and the Gosbell app several times, starting from the beginning each time. Always get the message "Network Connection Failed" I think I will send This One Back!!!! No help from seller.

This didn’t work at all for me. I couldn’t set it up and I followed directions carefully (not my first smart home device, either). They have no support number, so I had to go back-and-forth emailing them for weeks. They kept misunderstanding my problem because they couldn’t speak English properly ( and I have no bias against Chinese companies – I am Chinese-American myself and I speak some Chinese, but not enough technical language to explain my problem or communicate how to solve it). After all the suggestions failed, I had to return it.

this Is my second unit, first one didn’t work at all, they sent me another one, I received the the one on Dec 11th, on Jan 10th battery died, no got around to change it till Jan 14th I changed the batteries. Took me about 30 mins to try to reconnect, finally it work, but now the infrared detection does not work at all, I reset the unit twice and reset my phone twice try to get it to work, no luck. I’m gonna have to return it again.

Really easy to set up. The app works great. I have mine set to “within 5 feet” for motion alerts, but sometimes it pics up big trucks in the street. I had to shut off the constant alerts for motion because it would go off all day. Doorbell feature works great.

This thing has been a big headache. We had it working for a while but recently the wifi extender stopped recognizing the doorbell camera which is only a few feet away. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. The app is very good at payment setup but is of zero help with tech assistance.

Very impressed! I did a lot of research before buying this item. It was easy to install, easy to set up and easy to start using!. Works great and video quality is beautiful, even at night! My only negative feed back would be the battery, it had only been a month and need to change them. Which is easy but I felt it was pretty fast already. But overall great product . Would highly recommend it!
