It does what its description says. It really is quite cool once you activate it. Only problem, of course, is my neck warming it up and I had to keep adjusting and finding the cool part.

Keeps you cool
Towel works well as stated to keep you cool. Instructions are in Chinese and some bleeding of color if left damp next to other clothing such as in a gym bag. May want to wash a few times before using to be safe.
