The media could not be loaded. The item delivered was defective and the top UV lamp is not properly rotating when started. See the attached video clip. The defective product is new and has never been used. I’m currently contacting the seller via Amazon to get a replacement. I also sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected]. I’ll keep updating this post about how their CS is.---------Update----------They replied back to me via both Amazon and [email protected] in 24-48 hrs. While there has been some technical issue about sending them directly the video clip, they sent me a new replacement unit first even before I return the defective one. The whole process took about 10 days. The replacement works great and I am glad that the replacement process went smoothly. The quality/function of the product itself is exactly what I expected and I'm very satisfied!

Purchased this after our old Upang stopped working (used a couple of years). This is a bigger size (which I really like since it fits so much), and since my husband is a healthcare worker, we use this daily to sanitize literally everything from cell phones to stethoscopes! I also use this to sanitize cups, tumblers and even my kid's toys. Totally worth the investment!

I bought the grey one of this upang uv light for my new baby (4 months now).Everything was great until the unit suddenly stopped working, and I assumed its power line broke down.I tried to find contact info, preferably phone line to talk directly, but I could not find it except its email address which took (and still is taking) forever to communicate.Thankfully they accepted the warranty to get it fixed, but I have been waiting to receive my unit for more a month for what they said was they needed to wait for parts from korea and to inspect what it needed to be fixed on. The company did not offer any replacement to be covered otherwise I had to do the rental on my compensation of its shipment (30+ dollars on one way). I only used the unit less than 3 months and I was happy with its functionality, design, and handiness while adjusting to a very busy life of a new mom, which did not last long enough. A friend of mine warned me before I purchased as she also had a similar bad experience with upang usa customer service (her one had issues with its light functions), and now I regret that I did not listen to her. If you get a good one with no electrical issues as you use, lucky that you don't have to go through all this, but who knows who gets what as electrical devices are like a lottery!!

We went from a water based sanitizer to this. Not having to deal with distilled water is great but beyond that, the size and how this thing feels like a tank is great. We went from running our sanitizer 3-4 times a day to at most twice. Simple to use, it runs very quietly. The ability to open the outer door to see inside when it’s running comes in handy. And lastly the time remaining is very nice to have.

I love this product! I always try to avoid environmental hormones for my family and this sterilizer is perfect for baby bottles. This product has been recognized as a medical equipment by FDA, ensuring the effectiveness of killing bad germs. I like I can store cleaned and sterilized bottles in it too. No need to worry about having clean bottles exposed to air and getting germs again! Also, I love its design. My milk station looks fancy. Not just bottles, but I can sterilize so many items (cups, spoons, cellphones) and can use it for many years. Love this and worth the $.

I love this, we use it for everything. Except silicone, guys don’t put silicone inside. I love the settings options and the ease of function. Would recommend to anyone who needs to sanitize things especially for baby.

We have no issues with bad smell. Great product - recommended by pulmonologist for sterilizing CPAP equipment. Easy to use.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.I purchased this item in February 2022 but did not use until my baby was born in June 2022. In December 2022, the product started to have issues. It randomly turns on different modes even when no button is pressed. When I press a button, it either turns off or changes into a different mode on its own again. Additionally, now the UV fan gets stuck and make noises. It's ridiculous that the product doesn't even last a year. It comes with 1 year warranty but it's impossible to get in touch with the support team. I submitted a request through Upang USA website on 1/1/2023 and followed up twice but still no response. The product keeps having more and more issues and there is no way I can contact them. No telephone number and only an email address is available that nobody responds to.
