This is less comfortable than a different posture corrector I purchased previously, but this one is significantly more durable. I had to return the other because after 1-2 days of use, it snapped. And I'm just 5'6" and 150 pounds. I recommend wearing it over clothes as it does get irritating on skin and will make you sweat. I wear it over my scrubs, and it does give me relief. You will feel a bit uncomfortable at first and perhaps each time you wear it. However, the trade-off is that your posture is controlled throughout the day, and you are strengthening weak muscles that support your spine. For me, it gives me less fatigue in my upper back. It may be a different experience for everyone, but personally I find it a very useful tool in managing my posture and upper back pain from my standing job.

I can definitely feel it preventing me from slouching. Adjustable strap. I really really like it.

Simple product with great benefits. It was awkward to wear at first and I'd end up taking it off a few times. But the discomfort of my back was enough encouragement to try again. With therapy, stretching daily and wearing it constantly, I've had great improvement. And my posture is much better! It use to feel like a great effort to stand and walk straight up with my shoulders back. The strain on my back was to much and the effort or strength required to maintain such posture, was uncomfortable and impossible to maintain on my own. But the straps are adjustable and when I felt strain I can easily release straps and adjust for comfort. And when I am ready to try again I just adjust it 1-2-3 to tighten back up. It comes off easier than a t-shirt. And you can hide it under a sweater, jacket or hoodie. Now I don't need it and I get mad fun of for walking like a soldier. Lol.

I’ve only had this product for a short amount of time but I really love the results, I feel a lot more at ease because my back doesn’t hurt as much anymore and when I don’t have it on I notice that I’m tryinf to keep my back straight. It is a little uncomfortable but then again it’s correcting your posture so it’s worth it. It came in an unmarked baggy and I thought oh great another waste of money but no, the material is pretty sturdy and I’m a bigger woman and it has shown no signs of wear and I’ve worn it 22 hours per day for the last 4 days so I think that’s a good sign.

I want to like it but its just hurting under my arm pit to bad to wear under my clothes. I have a chest size of 41'' and I think i may be a little to large for it . Reaching the straps is also very difficult since they are under my arm pit due to the sizing.

Not a bad product, but when you see people write that it rubs their underarms, they were not kidding. I am a female, size 4 so not overweight, and this hurts my underarms so bad...definitely regretted the one night I tried to wear it to bed. Definitely beware of this before purchasing, I did not listen to the reviews!

I can definitely feel the difference but just keep forgetting to use it to see a big improvement. For the price its not a bad product
