Product was dispatched rapidly and arrived quickly. Parcel was in good order, but the inner packaging was in poor condition (dry and brittle) and fell apart almost immediately (see image). I suspect the product has been stored poorly. The boxes for the individual locks were mostly intact, though somewhat crushed. The locks seem mechanically sound, but initially functioned poorly due to dirt and dust. It has taken me over an hour of cleaning and lubricating to restore them to good working order, and the keys still stick a little on 2 of the 12. They are, however, all perfectly functional.
