This is excellent. Tough, durable, heat resistant even against a high power soldering iron at 470C, and it seems to have a mild self-healing capability when I use a craft knife onto it by mistake. Rubbed the area with my thumb and the score is gone. The thickness is good - robust and not cheap or flimsy. The surface is soft-touch with enough grip to stop things sliding around needlessly.The component tray recesses along the top are a nice touch. Really handy for keeping bits in place, offcuts of wire, etc.The screwdriver is a nice bonus, but is on the cheap end of things and not magnetised. Don't buy it for that - buy it for the mat which is excellent. The size is much better than a lot of the alternatives I could find too.If you're doing home soldering work this mat is excellent. I can't recommend it enough.

I frequently work on laptops and this mat is just perfect. It protects the case and offers countless storage areas to keep the screws in separate compartments. Unfortunately the first one arrived with a 'kink' in it, presumably where it had been stored folded. Nothing I tried would get it to flatten so I contacted the supplier. They were most apologetic and immediately sent a replacement. Great service!

Bit smaller than I would of liked (my bad) but is absolutely fine for what I need it for

This is a great mat and I am very happy with it. It is larger than most and just what I was looking for. It also has a magnetic stip that does hold my screws well so I don't lose them. Well recommended.

The mat itself is of good quality.However, the various small parts holder areas are supposed to be magnetic, to prevent such parts from being inadvertently spilled or knocked out and lost.All I can say, (with respect to my particular mat), is that the magnetic property is worse than useless!It won't hold anything magnetic in place at all.There is a flexible (allegedly magnetic) strip of approximately 390mm x 60mm on the rear, running the width of the mat, and aligned behind the designated small parts holder areas.On my particular mat, that strip will not hold any magnetic item whatsoever, (small steel screws, washers etc.). Even when they are placed directly upon that strip on the rear, let alone when they are placed in the small parts areas on the front of the mat.If you really need small magnetic parts to be held securely in place, then look elsewhere.This would otherwise be a really good quality mat that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. - But with that specific fault, it doesn't deserve more than a three star rating.

There is not magnet at all… the only good thing is the size, you can’t get a mat large like this on Amazon.

Gute Lötmatte, die im Gegensatz zu den meisten erhältlichen Silikonmatten NICHT stechend nach Chemie stinkt! Ein leichter Geruch war zwar am Anfang da, es hat gereicht die Matte einmal mit Febreeze und Seife abzuwaschen und ein paar Tage zu lüften. Sie ist jetzt komplett geruchsneutral.Schönes blau, sehr flexibel, rutschfest und leicht waschbar. Es haftet kaum was auf der Matte, was ja der Sinn und Zweck ist. Die Matte lässt sich leicht mit einem Cuttermesser und einem Metalllineal auf die benötigte Größe zuschneiden. Was auch angenehm ist: es gibt keine überbordenden und überflüssigen Fächer/ Werkzeughalter/ Formen, wie bei den meisten anderen Matten. Nur eine schmale Reihe leichter Vertiefungen.Das Einzige, was man bemängeln könnte ist (was mich aber nicht stört), dass die unterhalb der Vertiefungen angeklebte Magnetplatte praktisch keinen Magnetismus besitzt und somit völlig wirkungslos ist. Ich habe die Magnetplatte entfernt, sie lässt sich einfach und sauber von der Unterseite abziehen. Ohne die Magnetplatte lässt sich die Matte auch viel besser rollen und verstauen. Häufig ist Magnetismus sogar unerwünscht, wenn man an Feinmechanik arbeitet, insbesondere an einigen Speichermedientypen.Schneller Versand direkt von Amazon, auch wenn der Verkäufer nicht Amazon selbst ist.

Ware wie beschrieben hält das was es verspricht

Le tapis est en silicone et permet donc aux appareils de ne pas glisser. En revanche, il est écrit qu'il est magnétique sur la partie supérieure et ce n'est pas le cas. Il y a bien une bande noire derrière le tapis mais celle-ci n'a aucun effet. Je n'ai pas encore testé sa résistance à la chaleur. Si jamais cela devait être un souci également je renverrais le tapis.
