Incredible Flavor, Incredible Results! These are so tasty! I just started taking these as a way to combine my vitamins. Previously was taking BeLive’s separate Pre and Probiotics (2 diff bottles). Wanted to try these out to see if I liked the flavor more and could combine my vitamins. I’ve only taken them a few days now, but they still seem to do the trick and taste so much better! The original gummies really transformed my daily life. I suffered from side effects of HG (Hyperemesis Gravidarum) in Pregnancy, even after pregnancy, which resulted in chemical off balances causing nausea, light headedness, fatigue, and extreme and constant bloating. I searched for solutions for over a year and doctors didn’t know how to help me. Found BeLive and decided to give the gummies a try... they were the best thing that happened to me last year!! I don’t know how, but these magical little gummies fixed all of my symptoms. They have transformed my daily life. So, so thankful to have come across them!

Great for picky eaters and those who struggle with GI issues. Our kiddo started having issues with regularity and consistency and after providing him with these, he no longer struggles to go. We have not changed his diet, he's a picky eater and won't touch anything green, but eats multiple fruits daily and that didn't help. We provided him with 1-2 a day, usually two, and he hasn't had any issues since. We prefer this over Metamucil or anything else. Has definitely helped his overall gut health!

I bought these to help when I was taking medicine that caused severe constipation. It did help, but an even better effect is that I have no problems digesting dairy food, now! The chewable lactase I bought only worked sometimes. I don't even need it now that I have these synbiotics gummies. They are fantastic.My only complaint is the cost - but less than twenty dollars a month seems like a petty complaint for something that has helped so much.I definitely recomend trying these if you have constipation or suspect you might be lactose intolerant.

Taste ok but extremely sticky, can hardly get them out of the bottle. But they work well.

OKAY as the title says tmi warning but I think it’s necessary to give a proper helpful review of fiber gummies. My doctor said I should look into fibber supplements that had both soluble and insoluble fiber so in desperation I ordered two bottles of these since everything else was sold out and it had good reviews. I thought the price was pretty expensive especially since I paid $40 for two bottles however the product most definitely works. I made the mistake of taking two everyday starting out on it because I’ve been taking fiber gummies for a while and the bloating I got was insane like abdomen cramping can’t escape unless I use xtra strength gas x bloating. After I finally did the smart thing and took only one gummy a day after letting my abdomen calm down a bit, there wasn’t any bloating and it still works great! I have a healthy stool movement everyday which is saying a lot because I sometimes have chronic constipation because of my medications and post issues having my gallbladder removed. Hopefully this doesn’t get discontinued because the product generally works great. The part where I CAN save you is DO NOT TAKE TWO IN A DAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE ON THE TOILET. I’m writing this as I just pooped my guts out after I suddenly woke up feeling nauseous because I accidentally took two gummies. This won’t deter me in the least of continuing the gummies because when I do have constipation I’m either out of commission for days from the pain or I’m suffering from stool softeners and laxatives. Again, great product super pricy but since I only take one a day two bottles will last me four months so worth every single penny. If you also suffer from irregular bowel movements I highly recommend the product the taste gets some getting used too since it’s not as sweet as previous gummies I’ve had but I don’t mind it anymore.

These taste good, but the quantities of prebiotics/probiotics is minimal and there is no delivery mechanism to ensure they make it through to the gut successfully. I figured I would give it a try since they offered a coupon/discount off them, but they are really not a good value for the money at regular price compared to other options that are much more effective and offer larger quantities of product. Be sure you read the fine print on suggested dosing as it may tell you to take two gummies twice daily, which means you will run out quickly. Products with adequate strength/delivery mechanisms are very strict about not exceeded the daily dose. I didn't feel like I really got any benefit from these, so I found others.

This brand was recommended by a doctor. I buy several of their products. No side effects.

I'm about to buy the for the 6th time. It gas done absolute wonders for my gut health. And it always blows my mind that a simple gummy can have such a large impact. Definitely recommend.
