They do not automatically work in Cisco gear.
For the price, they worked perfectly in my 3rd party sfp equipped network hardware. They do get rejected by Cisco without the 3rd party sfp enabled on the Cisco gear. I can confirm they work in Palo alto, and generic media converters.

Good compatibility
No problems with Cisco or brocade equipment. I’ve bought 30 of these with 0 failures. Good product definitely recommend.
