What a fun light for a 72 hour backpack!
That's what I'm using these for! For my grandkids. What a fun way to see in the dark and scare off the boogeyman!!

Just OK for the price.
not the best quality. lights are OK, but sound effect is really bad. sounds like a sick wounded animal. Not like the sound of a Star Wars Laser sword. Wish I spent a bit more money and got a better quality one, but my 6 year old grandson likes it. guess that;s all that matters.

Not the most durable but fair for the price
These are really fun light sabers for my grandsons and make a great gift. They have light and sound options, but are also fun to use without batteries (and potentially less annoying for the adults). They look really cool, and it is nice that they can telescope in to take up a little less storage space. We've had others and these aren't the cheapest/least durable we've had, and I think will hold up reasonably well, to an extent that is definitely fair for the price of a 2 pack.

AuntyFey Light Up Saber, 4 Pack Light up Saber for Kids
These light-up swords are so much fun! The seven color options are bright and vibrant, and the retractable feature makes them easy to store and carry. The motion-activated sounds are a nice touch, making each swing feel like a real battle. Perfect for cosplay, parties, or just having a good time! Would definitely recommend for anyone who loves fun, interactive toys.

Expectations massively over-exceeded!
The media could not be loaded. If you're looking for two light sabers (that can combine into one!) without breaking the bank, this is it! And I'm not just saying that because I received it via Amazon Vine - check out my other reviews and you'll see that I've given 2-, 3-, and 4-star reviews to other Vine items. I even returned one that I absolutely just was not going to use.Given the price, I had very low expectations. For context, when we took our boys to Disneyland for the first time ever this year, my older son wanted to get a light saber. Even the most basic ones were *ridiculously* expensive, but we allowed him to get the tiniest one offered (about the size of a dagger). That dagger-sized saber cost about the same (maybe more than) this item, did not completely screw shut, and required that you swap the entire LED (meaning, take it apart) to change the colors. It did not respond much to impact, either. As you can see in the video, the above does not apply to this item. It feels solid, throughout - even when putting the two separate sabers together. The lights change at the flick of a button. While there's not one single switch to turn on both (and they only turn on via button press - NOT via wrist flick), it's easy enough to fake a double-activation by pushing the buttons at the same time as I did.I'm 6'2" and have large hands. These do not feel small to me.Also, regarding the issue with a screw: this is the standard approach used in many toys that may be played with by toddlers (so that they can't get to the battery compartment and swallow the batteries). While it may be less convenient to have to unscrew and rescrew the cover to access the batteries, to me the machining of this screw felt more solid than most toys like this (I've seen plenty of toys that are far more difficult than this one). The worst thing I can say is that there were no instructions. But I figured out how to access the battery compartment and put the sabers together without much fuss.At the time of writing, these are selling for $19. It seems to me that they're slightly under priced - $22 or $24 would still be a "very reasonable" price and, compared to the item Disney sold, I'd expect these to go for at least $30 if not more!
