Martial Arts Training 78" Sticks

When I got the package it was already semi-open so I thought I wouldn’t like it. However, when I opened it, and unwrapped the staff and ran my hands over it, I found it had a nice polished texture to it, just a few bumps that might’ve come from transport. But nothing a little sanding can’t handle. Did some flower spins and combat strikes and found it very effective and powerful. Almost took out several glass ornaments in my house before I took it outside for more space. Very convenient, perhaps overpriced for a technical stick, but either way, still very useful in both combat and practices. So far I’m finding it very good and intend on using it more often.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought this for an important martial arts seminar. The seminar was on a Sunday, Amazon "guaranteed" delivery by Thursday it was supposed to be brand new. It actually arrived about ten days late, long after the seminar. When it finally arrived, the box and the staff looked like it had passed through a war zone, the staff was clearly old and used. And it was covered in some kind of adhesive, white fabric that I've never seen during my thirty years in the arts. If it had arrived new and on time, I would have hated it anyway. At least the refund went more smoothly than the purchase.

It's nicely balanced and smooth. Just buy it. Important info: I had a rare issue and contacted the seller who immediately responded and offered the easiest remedy. I'm not used to that and appreciate it greatly.

Its a nice staff. Not perfectly straight but close enough. Expected of "Natural" wood staff. However, one end of my staff had around 10 or more dents from shipping. Nothing too big but was annoying to see. Sanded it to a 3000 grit and its so smooth and shiny I love it.

Nice high quality piece of wood, arrived quicker then projected, secure packaging, will order again!

Very nice staff had a little warping but not bad . Should be exactly what i need from my green belt testing. For tournaments as we all know flashy wins the awards this wood seems like it would be easy to put carvings in it with gold or silver paint maybe glue strike ends to it. But overall not bad.

This is definitely wax wood, they are flexible yet hard as need to be, i cant keep hands off from practicing karate, very good quality, came prefect shape, highly recommended, however im goin put a satin sealer on it asap

This staff was smoother than I expected. Did not have to do any sanding.ready to use right out of the box.
