I LOVE Ashwaganda and always find it absorbs & works perfectly blended with Black Peper!My skeptical boyfriend even tried & has noticed being more focused during the day, less anxiety, & being able to sleep without waking up constantly!

There is a tiny hint of flavor, but it doesn't stay after you swallow the pills. I highly recommend this product. I've found that my mood and energy levels are so much higher and more consistent. I'd definitely recommend this to those struggling with stress, anxiety, or depression.

I just started taking this a few days ago. So far it seems to be helping my anxiety a bit. I’ll update more as I progress through the bottle!

I think this product works. The doctor told me to take this because I was feeling low-energ. It also helps as an appetite suppressant. Just a little bit of an appetite suppressant but I love this product and I will continue to take it every day!!

I use this product daily, gives a great sense of well being and natural energy, I pair this with kombucha tea and a multivitamin daily
