Strong adhesive, doesn't loosen overnight and doesn't irritate
I use a nasal pillow CPAP machine at night. If you've ever used one, you know the moment you open your mouth, air starts gushing out of your mouth like you're about to breathe fire. It's disturbing at first, but after a while, you just learn to keep your mouth closed. But there are times at night that my mouth opens and the rush of air ends up waking me up. I got these to keep my mouth shut. It works.I mean, it's more or less just tape. But the tape is very strong. Once applied, it won't accidently come off. Overnight, the moisture of my breath didn't seem to loosen it at all. I woke up in the morning and it was still in place. Removing it isn't hard, but the adhesive is strong, so be wary if you have thin skin. It didn't leave any residue behind.Overall, I don't find anything is complain about. It works exactly as I needed it.

Works well for me!
I’ve been mouth taping for almost a year. Up to now, I have just been using surgical paper tape. I was beginning to get annoyed by the paper tape ends curling up during the night & getting my hair caught onto the tape.I decided to give this mouth tape a try & see how it works. Wow - what a difference! Stays securely on all night long. No ends curling up. You can take it off, for whatever reason, put it back on, and it sticks as before. Not sure how this will work for me when my lips (sometimes) get chapped/cracked in the winter months. Wondering if it would tear the skin more when removing from cracked lips. Hopefully, it’ll be okay or I’ll just have to revert back to using another method until the lips heal.Another point is, you can still breathe a bit through the center of your mouth if needed. Good for when your nose may be a bit stuffy or if you’re concerned about not waking up if your nose became blocked during the night. I’ve never had any problems like that. Actually, I breathe better now thru my nose since I started mouth taping - even during the day when I’m not using the tape!A couple more things I’d like to mention: I really like that the tape is clear & barely noticeable. It does feel a little tacky when you first remove it, but the tackiness disappears within a couple minutes. No need to wash the area if you don’t want. All in all, I’m quite pleased with this mouth tape! I recommend trying it.

Why do you need such a large piece of tape?
I am a long-time mouth taper, but have always simply used a ½ inch micropore tape torn into approximately 1 inch lengths to go over the middle of my mouth. It does the job and costs roughly .007 cents per night (based on current amazon price of the tape I use at 8 cents/foot). It seems that mouth taping has recently become mainstream, so I ordered these; they are HUGE, but I have no idea why anyone would cover this much surface area of their skin; it is simply not necessary to keep the mouth shut! The material is thin and transparent with an approximately 1 inch slit where the lips would open (not sure if you can even see the tape in the attached pic). It adhered to clean skin without difficulty, stayed in place all night, and did not damage my skin upon removal. Thus, it performs up to its claims (giving it 3 stars). I don’t see the use in a while strip, so I would recommend cutting it into smaller strips. I cut it into six strips, which would give me 720 uses, but even extending the product in this way, it would still be .012 cents per night, which is more than what I currently pay, so I would not recommend this.

Slept better; woke up less
Transparent Mild White Hypoallergenic Tape [120pcs] for Sensitive Skin, Breathable, Painless RemovalVisit the ZORNEPA StoreFor under $9 this is a good deal, especially if you’ve tried other things to stop snoring. Breathing through the nose is more healthy as it cleans the air and humidifies the air going in to your lungs.I found these comfortable; weird at first but that’s normal I guess. There is a hole in the middle so you can breath out your mouth a bit. I found I slept better; woke up less times per night. I do wonder how these will work for me when I’m dryer, like chapped lips or extra dry skin. I usually put oil on my face and lips before bed but cannot put oil on where this will stick while using these. I also don’t think I’ll be able to use these when allergy season kicks in because of post nasal drip and being unable to cough with this on. But it helps me sleep which is paramount.
