After the 10 minutes it takes to shape, heat and mold the in steps, I found them, comfortable and reliable with only two caveats:1. Once they are cut down and molded in a particular shoe they may not fit comfortably in a different pair.2. If you have high arches or are trying to build up higher arches, the mold as is may not be enough. I wish the company provided a small insert to set the arch height if the default height is too low.

Imitially seemed great. Doesn't hold up to every day use. Wore out within a couple months.

I work at a hotel.. Get over 14000 steps a day, 5 days a week.. we happen to have a podiatrist staying at the hotel. Apparently he saw me walking. Introduced himself and asked me a couple questions. I told him I thought I needed to go to the good feet store. He told me to order these.! Best decision I’ve ever made. True to size quick and easy heated oven to 225. Only took a couple minutes in certain shoes put my foot in and that’s the end of the story. I cannot believe how much pain I’m not in anymore. Thank you great product!!!

Been buying the blue Archmolds for years. They fit me right out of the box, so I don't need to heat-mold them, but either way, they are effective insoles for those of us who pronate and need firm arch support. Was worried that these were no longer available, but am happy that Powerstep is still making these. They have a slightly different look, and hopefully the top layer lasts longer, but they feel great. Very happy!

My original order came in with offset sizes. Minutes after I submitted my return/ exchange I received an email stating the replacement was to be delivered the next day. I was actually heat-treating my new inserts while I was packaging my return shipment. It's too soon to tell how comfortable/supportive these are, but I could tell that the quality was high enough to go through the return process (which was made very easy for me). I'll make another review after the 2 week break in period. I am excited about these.

I just finished heating and wearing these and I'm pleased with the result. I have a pair of Red Wing moldable arch supports in another pair of shoes, but the Red Wing are hard to find - maybe they don't make them anymore. The Red Wing were difficult to mold. The heat was too high, and they had a tendency to curl in the oven. These were very easy to mold, and it worked very well. I have high arches, and these are providing the support I need. I highly recommend.Note: One took a minute and 45 seconds at 250 degrees and the other took two minutes and 15 seconds. I guess they're variable.

First off, my review is not influenced by the seller. This is my second review of the Power Step custom orthotics. I purchased the thin version initially and I was so impressed I ordered these thicker version as I have many different types of shoes. Long story short-both work almost perfectly for me. I use the thin version for dressier casual shoes and thick version for sports & hiking. Thick orthotics by design doesn’t always fit as it can be too thick. So buy thick and thin versions and you should be covered. I m so happy as these orthotics have surpassed my expectations. I spent $80 for two pairs and that translates to a savings of approximately $400 to $700 compared to podiatrist orthotics. The size runs true also. Enjoy….

I bought these for my son, he said they are comfortable, but after three days the fabric is peeling off and the foam is coming off in chunks, it’s only on the one foot, not sure if I just got a defective one or what. I watched them very very closely when heating so I know I didn’t over heat.

Very good insoles but somewhat smaller than the stated size, not a huge issue but that's why I'm giving only 4 stars.

Buen producto pero no se amoldo a mis pies. Es de forma muy estrecha. Se ve de buena calidad pero es para pies muy delgados.
