First, the items (2) were shipped by Amazon quickly, in a box (points there as I have received one shipped from overseas in a padded envelope that was broken in pieces upon arrival). Since I use these all the time, first, I found the end of the string, holding it all together. Unfortunately, it was just a bow tying those two ends together... Knowing better, I tied them in a sturdy knot. I started using the product and was pleased... nice loofah material, study handle...but within 3 uses, the string holding it all together began to stretch to the point that and the top mesh material began to unravel from the handle. It happens sometimes but I was hoping this wouldn't happen so soon. I wrapped the mesh back in and tied a knot in the string to shorten it hoping to solve the problem. I also requested a return. If it continues to unravel despite my knot, they will be going back. Others may have better luck...

IT IS WHAT I EXPECTED , SOFTE WITH A GOOD STURDY HANDLE

This product was better than I imagined. I have bought other scrubbers for the back and they usually are loosely fitted and eventually come apart. So far the tightness of the lufa has been great and it is wonderful to use to scrub my back as well the the whole body. I especially like that it holds a lot of soap so I can clean my hole body and is soft to my face to make me feel clean and not have to worry about it coming apart. Whenever this product starts to wear out, I will definitely purchase another one.

This should only be used for your back not your entire body. The sponge part has a few strings that tie the sponge to the handle. If you use this too much I can see the strings fall apart.

Just what we expected.

It does the job and works well and A 2 pack for the price is pretty sweet! However I wouldn't mind getting 1 that has a more sturdy handle and with a lufa for the same price or even a few dollars more!

I've been using a traditional back brush, and they cover such a small area. I thought it was high time to buy something more effective and this back scrubber is perfect. As I get older, it's difficult to reach some of the areas on my back, and this is the solution that works for me. I highly recommend it.

Fine scrubber but netting came away from handle after just 3 showers.

It was too soft for me, I thought it would have a bit more Ooomph!
