The PARA Method: Simplify, Organize, and Master Your Digital Life Hardcover – 15 August 2023

I stumbled on this after going through many resources on how to improve my workflow and workspace. Of note, I have spent a lot of time on August Bradley’s PPV System, and I somehow couldn’t get it to be organized to my needs.In my related research, I stumbled on to GTD and PARA methods in some videos. I decided to purchase the books and go through them to understand them better.This is the first read among these new books and I highly recommend it. I plan to read the other works of Tiago Forte as well as those by David Allen.

I have followed para earlier from his articles, have tried multiple apps. But this time around I just tried following his advice step by step, to my surprise truly doesn't take much time but giv3s you immense clarity about your situation. Recommend to all who suffer from not being able to achieve their goals at work or who will sit down to think what have they done past week when asked. It will surely give you a sense of achievement

The only book I have ever read with pages filled with words that will help you to take actions. Must read book.

Turns out, I was wrong.I believe something special happened with this book. It seized a window of opportunity in 2023 with the dawning of AI to distill the most critical and important technique of BASB—PARA—into a super actionable evergreen book that can help future proof individuals for the increasingly chaotic transformations in our digital world and lives ahead.For me particularly, "The PARA Method" helped me polish up my fundamentals and pushed me to move further from theory into practice. Yes, the road to mastery is unending. I'll be carrying this book with me for the entire journey ahead (and a few copies handy to share with others!).PS - I read “Building a Second Brain” with my two month son snug in a baby carrier. This time, I read “The PARA Method” next to him as a curious and mobile toddler. Bottom line: as a new parent and digital dad, BASB/PARA has been tremendously valuable for balancing life, work, and family! And... I look forward to a kids version of BASB/PARA, which would be the best, most accessible, simple version for my son and the next-gen!

It’s been a long time since I didn’t read a book without any boring moments. Tiago kept me all the way through with practical information I implemented in my note taking application. The book is better than his articles in my opinion.
