Great purchase
Overall great purchase if I was to recommend any improvements would be to have a thicker ear cup. But I’m definitely happy with them :)

Good ear protectors meet average headphones
Bought these because I work in a noisy lab at work, and I didn't think my in-ear headphones were protecting my hearing well enough. I looked at bluetooth models but was put off by the lack of choice and price (~£50 for Chinese ones with poor reviews, or hundreds for good ones), so bought these for £30.Build quality is excellent, I have no issues wearing these in the workshop and they feel very nice in the hand, certainly much more solid than they should for the price. Fitment is good, I can get about two or three hours out of them before my ears start to ache - I've never found over-ear headphones that don't make my ears ache, and these are certainly the best I've ever owned in that regard, so no complaints from me (Behringer, I'm looking at you!) I have a very big head and they fit well enough with the cups extended to maximum. Unless you have a freakishly large head, huge ears and lots of hair they should fit you fine.Sound quality is so-so. I've certainly heard worse, but the best I can say is that they're just about listenable. Bass is muddy and indistinct, and high frequencies are mushy. But you can hear the music fine, and you can hear it over environmental noise. I would be happy using these as stage monitors for live performance or as performer monitors in a studio, but not for mixing, mastering or sound desk use. Having said that, the excellent isolation means I've still heard some parts to songs that I've never heard before, so they aren't all bad.Overall, I've given them four stars. Build quality and functionally as ear protectors are definitely 5/5, but poor sound quality brings it down somewhat.Pros:Good fitGood isolationExcellent built qualityPriceCons:Average at best sound quality

Brilliant dual purpose earmuffs
Best earmuffs ever. They have great sound and are very effective at blocking out unwanted noises.

Work well if you have a smaller head
These ear defenders do not offer enough adjustment in lenght for what I consider to be a typical sized adult male head. My head is not abnormally large, I hope, and these just do not have enough length of adjustment to be comfortable, they pull my ears upwards and after a little while start causing pain because of that. I am sure many people do not experience this issue though. They are relatively good at blocking out noise for a slim line model though and the 3.5mm jack input works but in some situations is pointless as you cannot hear any music over external noises clearly enough to enjoy the music. I went on the buy some Peltor ear defenders and these fit much better and have a larger scope of adjustability.

Excellent value for money
Arrived on time as normal with my Prime delivery. Item is as described, quality is good and sound is not as good as headphones designed for listening to music but that’s to be expected. That said it is still good. Have worn them for long periods yet so can’t comment on that but they felt comfortable for short periods. I am using them whilst using ride on mower and can recommend them for this activity.

Quite comfortable, mediocre sound quality, ok-ish isolation
Contrary to some reviews these are actually decently comfortable for ear defenders. I can wear them for hours and only need to adjust them now again. I'm used to wearing ear defenders though (I have a 34db pair) - these ones are more comfortable. They are quite small however they just fit for me as long as I extend them to the max. The headband could do with more padding as well.Sound quality is ok. You'd definitely get better for the same price with normal headphones.Noise isolation is the biggest disappointment for me. My other ones were rated at 34db NRR, and these are just 25db NRR. It's noticeable and that extra 9db makes quite a big difference.Detachable 3.5mm jack is nice, lets you use it as a headset.I got about what I expected - 7/10.

Lives up to its promise
Use it for a month now.Pros:--------------------+muffles the exterior noise sufficiently (nearly as well as my Optime III): in my case noise from airplanes ca. 2km above. I can still hear the engines, but it's not distracting/discomforting anymore.+built-in headphones: sound-quality isn't exhilarating, but ok. (in comparision to my Beyerdynamics DT 770 Pro), and once I turn on the music (even very low) I can hardly perceive any exterior noise anymore. What I also find nice is that there's no hard wired cable, but rather a jacket: when the cable gets damaged (i.e. make a kink with the wheels of your chair), you can simply replace it.+low priceCons:---------------------contact pressure: I wear glasses and after ca. 10 minutes the temples incise the flesh and it hurts. Luckily I have thin metal temples (ø 1.5mm), and after removing the rubber coating I can wear it for hours.Nevertheless it still feels somewhat unpleasant and I try to avoid it where I can.-short cable, but as already mentioned, very easy and cheap to replace.
