Great crossbow
Great crossbow however I did get screwed over with the price. I paid $900 , after I bought it the price went down to $829 and then I found a bundle price for $749 , all with the same bow 😡

Back scope flip cover broken
Upon opening the box to put the crossbow together, I discovered that the back scope flip cover was setting broken in the bottom of the bag with the stock of the crossbow I will probably end up, just replacing myself, other than that the crossbow shoots perfectly fine right out of the box I am Very happy with the crossbow. It was very easy to assemble. 25 yard shot out of the box right in the center of my target. pretty good for a factory sighting. I don’t even have my sound dampening system on it yet and it is way quieter than my wicked Ridge warrior that I’ve had for 10 years definitely faster too. Like I said, love the crossbow so far other than the broken part. Would give five stars if not for the broken piece.

Buyer Beware! Terrible Customer Service
Just thought I would let interested parties know about my experience with Wicked Ridge (Tenpoint)I am new to crossbows. I have been a Mathews compound shooter for 25 years, but elbow issues forced me into a crossbow.I bought a Wicked Ridge Raider De-cock with the rope sled new from an authorized dealer on ebay. The bow is great and very fast, but I ran into a problem. While I was sighting it in, about my 20th shot, I was cocking it and 2-3” into the draw, the knot in one end of the rope pulled through the hole in the handle (the factory overhand knot). Well, I went flying and almost fell down and almost lost control of the bow but I didn’t and my foot was able to stay in the stirrup luckily. I saw what happened and re-tied both ends with double overhand stopper knots. When I went to cock the bow again to continue, I noticed damage on the flight rail from the cocking sled when the cocking device came apart. The cocking rope was whiteish with abrasions. Keep in mind, I have owned the bow for 1 day, its brand new and this was not my fault.I called customer service, and they told me to take it to xspot archery, an authorized dealer/service center. I did and the owner right away said the damage was cosmetic and they were not going to do anything about it. They were having an event and a Tenpoint rep was there. He looked at it and took pictures and said they would be in touch. I never heard from him. This was a month ago.I then contacted customer service rep John Fast via email with the pictures. He told me to take it to xspot and I told him that I did. Then that was it. Crickets. I emailed again to see what his position was. No response.I then fwd the email chain to customer service manager Randy Wood, whose contact info I found on crossbow nation. He replied asking me if I took it to xspot yet. I told him to read the entire email chain and all the details were there. Now he goes silent. I sent him multiple emails after. No response.Bottom line. If you buy a Tenpoint/Wicked Ridge crossbow, you are on your own. Even if they did honor a warranty claim, you have to pay for the labor cost according to their warranty

Great bow, poor customer support.
First off, this bow shoots great and the cocking system works fine but is a little finicky. You have to follow the procedure exactly as instructed and do not force the crank, if the return sticks, you need to run it back slightly.I got a great deal on a 2022 which is mainly the same except no lighted scope. The decock spring was broken but I did not want ot return to store so paid 70 bucks to get fixed.Tenpoint support was pretty uncaring and the archery shop said they never honor warranty claims but whatever. The store I bought it from refunded the repair costs. Also missing some parts to mount quiver and I have yet to get Tenpoint to send replacements. Rigged up a bracket with hardware I had laying around. Not perfect but ok.
