Just what I needed and perfect replacement
My old slim line landing light switch broke! Tried to get a new one locally but no joy. Amazon as usual was my second choice and in stock, cheap and arrived within a few days! Sorry High Street but I did try.....A bit of trimming of the surround to get it in.

Faulty
Just tried to fit this switch - the "common" terminal could not be tightened - presumably faulty manufacture . Buyer beware

MK Architrave switch
Perfectly satisfactory replacement for failed, older version.Only difference is that instead of a square profile style, it is rounded.Note: it does not come with pattress. Not relevant in my case as I wished to use existing one.For this reason, I reused fixing screws instead of those supplied, to avoid any possible thread mismatch.This was probably unnecessary as the current metric treads usually seem to work in the older, imperial mountings.Switch is single pole, double throw (SPDT), so usable in installation where connected device can be switched from two (or more) locations.

It is what it is, a well made architrave switch.

No stars! Non- functional, wasted purchase
None of the brass clamp screws would turn, even under maximum force! As this was to replace a broken bathroom switch- not happy
