Watersafe Drinking Water Test Kit for Lead

Bought this product as we have lead pipes in a house we have bought and I wanted to know whether or not the water was contaminated - It was easy to use and the results were clear and easy to assess. No complants.

I found this product useful. The water I tested was reassuringly below the safe lead limit according to the test which was easy to use. It is important to remember to follow the instructions and use only one pipette of water.Please note that my star rating is based on usefulness and my experience of using the product. I have not done anything to verify the accuracy or reliability of the test result.

The control line didn't appear so not sure if there is harmful lead present. It also was not as described in the picture and just one inner pack from a multipack. Disappointing.

simple yes/no test nothing to scientific but can give you quick piece of mind if worried about lead in your drinking water,its a shame its only a single test per pack as i had to buy two kits to do a test first thing in the morning and a test after running the tap for 10 seconds to see if there was any lead further down the line.

It may have found lead, but was it at a permitted safe level, or seriously harmful? There is no way of telling, it either finds lead, or it doesn't.
