Looks like the item was used or opened before .The safety aluminum cap was opened .There was old cream around the container

I love the product but the item I purchased was not new. It was half full and there was a crusty residue around the rim of the jar.

Box was destroyed jar was not sealed. The seal was in the box under the jar. I’ve ordered this before and never had a problem. When I went to do a return says it’s not returnable

Cream packet is not good.packet is poor.
