Tastes Weird, Costs a Lot, Does The Job
I can get used to almost anything so the flavor and consistency aren’t an issue for me. It tastes and feels like brushing your teeth with hand lotion...but no biggie, I kind of like it now 😂. The product really works as advertised - I don’t experience the chapped lips and perioral eczema symptoms i developed with my previous toothpaste - the affliction took some time to clear, but I can now go about my daily life without the embarrassment of looking like a crusty flaky mess, praise Horus. My only real issue is the cost. This product has been a great short term solution, but I think I’m just going to mix my own toothpaste going forward. I have a good irritant-free recipe I got from a friend.P.S. I did try the less expensive Cleure, and it bothered my faceP.P.S. - the xylitol is a nice touch - I do feel it has helped my nighttime dry mouth 👅

Taste is unbearable
I love this company and have enjoyed so many of their products, but I have to say I'm sooooo disappointed in this toothpaste.I used it for about 4 weeks and it helped clear up irritation by my lips from other toothpaste, but the taste is so bad. Like lotion with an aftertaste of vomit. And you can't get it out of your mouth.I would brush my teeth and not my tongue to see if that helped, I kept thinking, is this expired? And I kept using it, but it continued to make me want to gag & throw up even after I was done brushing and the taste would linger.Sorry, I wish this review was different b/c I have 2 toothpastes on my list of non-allergies and the other one I was disappointed in b/c my teeth never felt clean. My teeth felt clean with this toothpaste but just could no longer stomach it. 😔

After taste is horrible but cleans well.
The after taste is horrible but this product cleans my teeth well. The after taste is a turn off. Eventually the after taste fades away. Overall it’s a good product.

Tastes like soap
It doesn't seem to irritate my skin, but it does taste like soap. I'm not sure I'd order it again.

Excellent toothpaste, easy on my chapped lips
I have chronically chapped lips, and I've tried many, many brands of toothpaste. Other brands, even gentle brands, are very hard on them. I've had to implement a number of solutions to my lips, and this toothpaste has been a big part of keeping them soft and not irritated. The toothpaste does not taste as good as other toothpastes, but it tastes okay, and it does the job. Note that it is not a whitening toothpaste.

Hate it for several reasons
The only good thing I can say about this toothpaste is that yes, it IS hypoallergenic. I can use it without any skin discomfort. However, the tube is very thick and the dispensing hole is very small. I have arthritis in my hands and it's almost impossible for me to squeeze the stuff onto my toothbrush with one hand. So, do I try to make a larger hole? I choose to use both hands instead of risking a cut enlarging the opening. Doesn't work well. Once I manage to get enough out to brush, I scrub for a long time and my teeth still don't feel clean. Within an hour they actually feel fuzzy. At $16 for a 2.5 ounce tube, I consider this an outrageously over priced product that just doesn't work well. I'll never buy it again.

Our only choice, solution to flavor issue
This is the ONLY toothpaste on the market my daughter can use due to allergies. She hates the taste, or lack of flavor, but it is her only choice for tooth care. Our solution for the lack of taste was to add a few drops of mint extract that we purchased for a few dollars in the baking isle. We empty the tube into a container, mix in flavor then store in a airtight container.

Seller/mftr is taking advantage of customer
The value of this toothpaste is highly questionable. It's safe to say we're all here because of allergies or some related issue, and we found this product on a short list of approved toothpastes. While the skin around my mouth has improved with the use of this product, I'm not at 100% normal. The issue i have with this product is that not only is it 4-5x's the price of regular toothpaste, but you don't receive a full tube of product to begin with. It's half air like a potato chip bag. This picture shows how much product is in there after 3 days of one person using it.If they want to charge a lot because there's not a lot of demand, fine. But don't BS the customer with a half empty container when other similar products aren't normally packaged like that.I'll be trying another brand once I've finished this one.
